## October 2026

### New docs

- **Rebuilt from scratch** around the tasks you do: getting data in, designing Dimensions, working with the agent. Includes an in-browser [file checker](/data/check-a-file) and [converter](/data/convert-a-file).
- **Integration guides** for help desks, chat, contact centers, surveys, reviews and data warehouses, built on the [universal API](/api/tracker). See [Integrations](/integrations).
- **The universal API host** is now `tracker.dimensionlabs.io`. Older messages go to `/trackhistorical`, followed by a backfill.

### Retired

These features are no longer part of Dimension Labs, and their pages have been removed from the docs. Old links to the legacy channel and bot pages redirect to current pages.
