# Helpful Data Explorer Tips

Use these tips to help you get more out of Data Explorer

**Tip 1:** Make sure when giving a name to a column, there are no spaces. Instead use underscores “ \_ “ to give a title with multiple names\
*Example: messages\_all*

**Tip 2:** To view sessions, select the dropdown and then "Sessions".

**Tip 3:**  Turn your KPIs into % format. You can create percentages by either using the A/B \* 100% KPI card option, or by using the formulas option at the bottom of the data explorer query. P.S. you can only visualize formulas as a line chart, KPI, or condensed table.
