What is a one click integration? How does it work? What data gets sent to Dimension?
Dimension supports simple one-button integrations with popular chatbot clients such as Intercom, Cognigy, and Genesys. To integrate, navigate to your account on the website for your client and find where they list ways to integrate with other providers. This changes per provider and even sometimes within providers when internal changes and site layout updates modify these features. Contact either Dimension Lab support or the support line for your specific provider for more help if you are unable to find this information on your chatbot provider’s website.
After clicking the button to integrate and completing the prompts, data should begin flowing within 24 hours. If your bot is active, verify that this integration is now working by visiting the integrations page in Dimension Lab and checking the number of messages received.
