• Dashboard: A dashboard enables the analysis and configuration of your conversational data through the use of feature-integrated cards.

• Dashboard Card: A card configured from Data Slicer or Flows.

• Dashboard Card Ellipses: The three dots found in the corner of every dashboard card, which can be clicked to access further options for that card.

Dashboard Filters

• Dashboard Filter: Allows for the filtering of dashboard data using various criteria, from specific bots to text and metadata filters, among others

• Date Range: An adjustable timeframe for a dashboard

• Absolute Date Range: A fixed date filter to maintain consistency
• Relative Date Range: A dynamic date filter that adjusts according to the current date for relevant time-based insights
