Meet Your Agent

Learn what your Agent can answer, how it uses workspace data, and two ways to start your first conversation.

Meet your Agent, ask questions, and use the answers to explore what your workspace data can tell you.

Your Agent is a working partner for the questions you'd otherwise hand to an analyst. Ask in plain language, and it gets to work on your data on your behalf.

What you can ask

Ask anything you'd ask of a sharp data colleague:

  • What are the top issues customers contacted us about last quarter?
  • How often do conversations show churn risk, and what's driving it?
  • Are competitor mentions increasing over time?

Your Agent reads through what's available in your workspace, decides how to answer, and writes back with citations to the underlying data. If it doesn't have enough information to answer well, it says so before guessing.

How it works, briefly

Your Agent's job is to find meaningful connections in your data—between what customers say, what the business measures, what's changed over time. The limit isn't what it can think about. The limit is what data it can see.

That means the breadth of what you can ask grows with the breadth of data in your workspace. As your team adds new dimensions, and sources, your Agent gets more useful.

What makes it unique?

Your Agent is the interface to a data pipeline designed to join unstructured textual data and structured metadata to deliver a full picture of the business or specific functions within it.

The solution is lightyears ahead of sentiment analysis and machine learning solutions and has been validated against human benchmarks.

What you can do now.

Question: What data does my Agent have now and how do I maximize the value of that data?

Our platform ingests your data via 'integrations' which the Agent analyzes according to (1) metadata dimensions that you provide as well as (2) standard and custom dimensions extracted from the data by our pipeline.

  • Maximize the value of your data by adding more dimensions of analysis.

Two ways to get started:

There's nothing you need to set up first—although you may quickly see the value in customization via enrichment. Pick whichever starting point feels more natural:

Ask directly

Type a real business question into the chat. Your Agent will check what's available, answer if it can, and tell you what's missing if it can't.

Explore first

Ask your Agent what's in your workspace before asking analytical questions:

  • What's in my workspace?
  • List dimensions
  • What metadata do I have?

This is a conversation, not a query. You can refine, follow up, change direction, or start over. Treat your Agent like a colleague: give it context, push back when an answer feels off, and ask why as often as you need to.
