• Steps: Selected stages of bot conversation history
• Filter Definition: Adds a step where a filter selects a subset of data
• Steps Before/After: Selects immediate steps before and after
• Filter: Aggregate/global filtering of message data

Output

• Flow Diagram: Shows behavior/journey of bot & users
• Node: Each represents intent for a given step
• Paths: Hover to see flow rate and message count
• Transcripts: Access transcripts for each path
• Adding Steps: Add steps with the "+" sign
• Removing Steps: Remove steps with individual arrow clicks
• Accessing Transcripts: Click ellipses to access associated transcripts
