Dark Database & Enrichment

View transcripts and create data enrichments across your data with custom dimensions.

This module is termed the "Dark Database" because it provides access to raw, unstructured conversational data and other sources of unstructured textual data that exist as dark data because businesses cannot extract value from them at scale.

It also contains the building and testing interface for creating custom dimensions, which is the method for customers to enrich their data using prompts.

Dark Data

The unstructured nature of textual data makes it difficult to extract value at scale and as a result we describe this resource as Dark Data.

The vast volume of customer conversations, reviews, and open-ended feedback that organizations collect contains hidden patterns, critical issues, and opportunities that would otherwise remain undetected or unquantified without AI enrichment.

Transcripts may consist of any source:

  • Conversations (incoming and outgoing messages)
  • Surveys (questions and answers)
  • Online Interactions (posts and replies, reviews and comments)
  • News Content (articles and comments)
